Paula is the partner in charge of our family law section. She brings to the section
over 14 years experience as a litigation lawyer.
Paula is a Rockhampton girl born and bred and has close family ties in the region.
She believes that family law isn’t about the fight. It’s about providing you with
understanding and support in a difficult time. With careful planning and our early
intervention the trauma and stresses (emotional and financial) can be minimised.
She prides herself on building solid relationships. She believes in plain talk and
keeps her clients informed throughout the matter.
Paula is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High
Court of Australia. She is also a former president of the Central Queensland Law
Association.
She writes a regular article in the Rockhampton Morning Bulletin covering practical
family law topics that may be of interest to individuals dealing with a broken relationship.
