Terry commenced employment with Rees R & Sydney Jones as an articled clerk in
July 2001. He graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor
of Laws in July 2003 and was admitted as a solicitor in the same year. Terry currently
practices in the firm's litigation section specialising in personal injuries
litigation and motor vehicle accidents.
Terry has a very understanding and compassionate attitude when it comes to the difficulty
faced by people injured in an accident as a result of the negligence of others.
He will explain the legal processes to you in language that is clear and easy to
comprehend.
Terry also handles estate litigation. In certain situations a person may die without
making proper provision in their will for their spouse/partner or children. If you
are in this situation Terry can assist you to ensure that you receive your proper
entitlement.
He is a devoted family man and has in the past participated in many sports including
cricket, rugby and golf. Terry was admitted as an associate partner of the firm
in January 2010.
