Complimenting our rural planning division is our resumption section with the expertise and experience of Andrew Palmer. Andrew has had many years experience in the former Wardens Court and then the Land and Resources Tribunal both in relation to the hearing of objections to mining leases and seeking compensation for affected land owners. His work also includes land resumption and valuation appeals.
